  • Some staff whistle a lot and many customers find this very annoying.

  • Some staff do not give the customer a choice of bread – many customers do not like grainy bread particularly with an egg and bacon sandwich. Here white bread is the only way to go.

  My partner and I walked out 15 minutes after being seated due to that staff feeling that it was more important to clear tables then to ask if we were ready to order. We tried to catch a few staff members attention but they ignored us. I would have been happy for them to ask if we wanted drinks. We had decided what we were going to eat within 5 minutes and sat our menus down. Better service at the pub across the road.

  Like so many modern businesses Terracotta Restaurant lacks a customer focus. A customer focus involves respecting the customer in all ways and putting the customer first at all times. They fail to respect the customer in many ways including:

  Good service, even when the place filled up, the food was good, a good find after a day of driving.

  • They are very expensive. A bacon and egg toasted sandwich with barbecue sauce, a large take away cappuccino and a piece of cake cost me $25.

  The Terracotta staff are very friendly, and the food is great. The facilities are great, and there's a great range of Irish merchandise for sale.
